What is your plan for the end of 2010? You have three months to get it together. First, you need to know what you want. Second, you need to read the 45 Second Presentation book or read it again. Third, you go to your company web site and understand your companies web sites , marketing plan, products etc.

You need to study what you have and sponsor one more new person to get started. Get your sponsor to help you or someone in your up line. You should have a team of people working for you. They may not know they are supposed to be working for you. You may have to teach them. They need to know that networking is not like direct sales. We do not recruit people to sell for us, we sponsor people so we can go to work for them.

Now, you have the plan. Get excited and get growing!
